Senior Techno-Functional Architect - Loan Management Systems

Dvara Solutions aims to enable such high-quality originators to provide convenient, flexible, reliable and continuous financial services to their customers through their state-of-the-art technology solutions.Technology products designed and offered by Dvara Solutions includes its flagship product and best in class Technology called Perdix, Perdix LP, and an AI innovation Perdix.Dialog that comprises of the customer management and loan management systems.Dvara Solutions presents an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art evolving product that provides cutting-edge user experience.We are looking for a Technical Architect with 1015 years of experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Core Banking platforms, including a strong track record of successfully leading customer migrations to LMS.Key Responsibilities :Architecture & Design :- Define and own the overall architecture of LMS solutions.- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the system design.Development & Implementation :- Lead and guide teams in end-to-end development of LMS modules.- Manage full lifecycle implementation including requirement gathering, customization, configuration, and deployment.Migration & Transformation :- Lead customer migrations onto new LMS platforms including data mapping, conversion, validation, and cutover planning.- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems with minimal business disruption.- Develop migration playbooks, reusable templates, and checklists.Techno-Functional Expertise :- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into system solutions.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in product design.Support & Enhancements :- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for live systems.- Continuously improving system performance and user experience.Stakeholder Management :- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.- Engage with vendors/partners for product enhancements or integrations.Required Skills & Competencies :- Strong expertise in Loan Management Systems and Core Banking platforms.- Proven track record in system design and architecture for enterprise-grade applications.- Hands-on experience in development, implementation, and support of LMS.- Solid experience in migrating customers/data onto new LMS platforms.- Strong techno-functional understanding of loan origination, disbursement, collections, accruals, and reporting.- Familiarity with integrations (payment gateways, credit bureaus, accounting systems).- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in BFSI.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Background :- Prior experience with leading LMS / CBS platforms (e.g., FinnOne, Temenos, Flexcube, Finacle, etc.).- Exposure to microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud deployment.- Ability to manage onsite-offshore development and migration teams.
