Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking the transactions regularly and updating finances.
• Accounting receivables and Payables handling.
• Preparing Petty cash and create estimations and invoices in Zoho books.
• Preparing Invoices, estimates, Proposals and proforma for clients.
• Daily reconciliation of bank with office accounts.
• Collecting credit card invoices for creating the monthly Accounts Statements.
• Preparing GST filling every month.
• Using Google sheets for Calculating and maintaining the details.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Generate financial reports and statements for review by senior management.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Monitor and maintain accounting records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience
  
• Strong knowledge of zoho accounting software.
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
