- Strong B2B sales, account management, and business development skills, ideally within facility management.
- Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis, prepare compelling proposals, deliver client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience in sales forecasting, target setting, and using CRM tools to track activities and performance.
- Proven capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, service delivery) to ensure successful client onboarding and retention.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding or mentoring junior sales team members and contributing to sales process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client operations and propose tailored solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a focus on integrity and client satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Several years of progressive sales experience, including prior experience in a senior or managerial sales role.
- Willingness to travel within the Pune Division and surrounding regions for client
