Job Description: Airstriprealtech is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to airline customers, assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring a positive experience. This is a great opportunity for 12th pass freshers to start their career in the airline industry. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns - Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies - Process ticket reservations and changes - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues - Ensure all customer interactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling stressful situations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience - Keep updated on airline industry trends and changes in policies and procedures Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in computer and internet usage - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Punjab, India. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
