Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap for diagnostics platform growth in India
- Lead business leaders in creating unified growth strategy aligned with Indian healthcare landscape
- Drive operational improvements, synergies across entities, and customer experience excellence
- Oversee strategic accounts, sales funnel management, and performance forecasting
- Represent platform externally with government agencies, industry bodies, and partners
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences business
- Strategic planning and execution capability with track record of profitable growth
- Deep knowledge of Indian healthcare market, regulatory environment, and business dynamics
- Strong sales leadership and account management experience
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with global and regional teams
- Demonstrated capability in organizational change management and talent development
