Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and user-centric applications. You will engage daily with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions. This role directly impacts our users by enhancing their experience with our immigration platforms, optimizing internal workflows, and ultimately facilitating smoother, more efficient global movement for thousands of individuals and families.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions, from intuitive user interfaces to high-performance backend services, to deliver seamless immigration experiences.- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.- Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices using Java, .Net, PHP, C++, or Python, ensuring data integrity and system reliability for critical immigration data.- Optimize application performance and scalability across the full stack, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to support a growing global user base.- Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, defect-free software that adheres to regulatory standards.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and upholding best practices in coding standards, security, and system design.- Contribute to DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, to automate and accelerate software delivery cycles.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated proficiency in developing full-stack applications, encompassing both front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies.- Strong command over at least two of the following programming languages : Java, .Net (C#), PHP, C++, or Python, with a proven track record of building scalable systems.- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and designing efficient data models.- Practical understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing applications.- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proactive problem-solving capabilities, with a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies and business requirements.- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.- Adaptability to work effectively in a distributed team environment across multiple time zones, fostering strong team cohesion and productivity.
