About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call enrolled participants every day, ahead of their scheduled session, to remind them to attend.2. Confirm attendance intent and address any last-minute concerns or hesitations keeping a participant from joining.
3. Follow up warmly with participants who miss a session, to help re-engage them for the next one.
4. Maintain a friendly, encouraging tone on every call- participants should feel supported, not chased.
5. Log every call, attendance confirmation, and outcome accurately in the CRM.
6. Flag recurring no-show or disengagement patterns to the program team.

1. 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer support, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
2. Friendly, patient, and persistent- genuinely enjoys helping people follow through on their commitments.
3. Good spoken English, with a warm, reassuring phone manner.
4. Reliable and well organized, with strong follow-up discipline for daily calling schedules.
5. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, digital-first environment, whether part-time or full-time.
