Job Description Front Office Executive

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1+ Years

Salary: Up to 9 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional, presentable, warm, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk and reception activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a positive and seamless experience for patients and visitors.

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm, polite, and professional manner.

Manage all front desk and reception activities efficiently.

Handle patient registration, billing, and payment-related coordination.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

Respond to patient queries through online, offline, and telephonic channels .

Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments, consultation rooms, or service areas.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.

Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients and visitors.

Maintain front desk records and ensure proper documentation.

Address basic patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.

Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.

Perform other administrative and front office responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, or any relevant industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.

Warm, polite, courteous, and customer-oriented approach.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple front desk activities efficiently.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Basic knowledge of billing, appointment scheduling, and customer/patient query handling is preferred.

Earn certifications in these skills
