Our client is seeking a dedicated Anesthesia Assistant to join their team in a community hospital environment. Whether you're an experienced professional or a new graduate looking to gain hands-on experience, this role offers the flexibility, mentorship, and stability you need to grow and thrive in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia assistance for a variety of surgical procedures
Work under a supervision ratio of 4:1 with experienced providers
Participate in a rotating call schedule (typically every 2–4 weeks)
Schedule Details:
Shift Options: 8s, 10s, or 12s — flexible to meet your needs
Call Schedule: Rotates among staff; frequency varies by hospital site
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in any of the following:
Epic Anesthesia or Anesthesiology
Perioperative/Surgical Services or General Surgery
