We are looking for an experienced API Sales Manager / Senior Manager to drive international business development across EU, LATAM, SEA markets .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned international markets.
- Acquire new pharma customers, distributors, and strategic partners .
- Manage key accounts and drive revenue, margins, and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and distributors.
- Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts, and commercial closures.
- Develop sales pipelines, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and customer meetings.
Requirements
- 6–12+ years of experience in API / pharmaceutical international sales .
- Proven experience in EU, LATAM, SEA markets .
- Strong pharma customer/distributor network preferred.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business , or related field.
