HCM Functional Consultant - Oracle Time & Labor

Job Description :Note : Only seeking immediate joiners with 2+ end-to-end implementations in OTL.Experience : 7+ YearsRequirement : Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in OTL.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles for Oracle Fusion HCM, with a specialized focus on OTL and Benefits, to ensure alignment with client-specific business objectives.- Translate intricate business requirements into functional design documents and configuration specifications to provide tailored solutions that enhance user experience.- Configure and test Oracle Time & Labor rules, time entry layouts, and approval workflows to streamline time-tracking processes and ensure regulatory compliance.- Manage complex data migrations and system integrations, ensuring data integrity and seamless connectivity across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key stakeholders and end-users to drive system adoption and maximize the return on technology investments.- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, resolving functional bottlenecks to maintain high system performance and operational continuity.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated mastery in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end implementations in OTL and Benefits modules.- Strong analytical ability to map complex business processes to Oracle Cloud functionality, ensuring solutions are both scalable and maintainable.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders effectively.- Proven capability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across distributed teams in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai, maintaining high standards of delivery in hybrid work setups.- A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating project constraints and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of global HR and payroll best practices.
