The role requires strong leadership, project management, and hands-on analytical capabilities, particularly in handling clinical/study data and stakeholder reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and accountability Provide guidance on analytical methodologies, project execution, and best practices Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning-driven team environment Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development Train and onboard new team members effectively 2.
