We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially astute professional to join our Finance & Commercial team as Senior Executive – Accounts .

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious finance professionals seeking exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, commercial operations, and international business practices within a growing engineering organization.

Employment Type

Full-time (6-month probation period followed by permanent employment based on performance and management review)

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com) – Mandatory
• Successfully cleared CA Inter and completed Articleship
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, accounting principles, and statutory compliance requirements

Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Commercial functions
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, or industrial organizations will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems
• Prepare and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare data and supporting documentation for GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory submissions
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and general ledgers
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, balance sheets, and profitability analysis
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, consultants, and financial institutions as required
• Assist in commercial documentation, import-export transactions, and banking activities including Letters of Credit (LCs)

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Tally and accounting software/ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and related statutory compliances
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with LC documentation, import/export regulations, and logistics coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
