Job Description -
We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Delivery Specialist with strong experience in agency/staffing environments. This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of recruitment delivery , consistent closures, and disciplined process management. The ideal candidate is structured, reliable, and experienced in handling multiple mandates independently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for assigned roles (Non‑IT / White‑Collar).
- Source, screen, evaluate, and present candidates with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a structured daily pipeline and clear documentation.
- Coordinate with clients/internal teams for feedback, follow‑ups, and process flow.
- Ensure timely closures and adherence to delivery commitments.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Operate independently with strong ownership of outcomes.
Required Experience
- 3–8 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Background in staffing agencies / recruitment firms / delivery‑heavy environments .
- Proven track record of consistent closures and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, founder‑led or target‑driven setups.

- Ability to manage pressure, timelines, and delivery expectations.

- Strong follow‑through and accountability.

- Mid‑senior recruiter with agency/staffing delivery experience.
- Independent operator who can manage delivery without daily supervision.
- Professional, reliable, and consistent in execution.
