About the job
This is one role that combines three jobs: video editor, content strategist, and social media manager. You will not be handed a brief and told to execute it. You will decide what we make, make it, publish it, and read the numbers afterwards.
Key responsibilities: 1. Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn: hooks, cuts, captions, subtitles, and sound design, at a steady weekly volume.2. Own the content calendar end-to-end: plan, script, shoot, edit, publish, and repurpose one shoot across every platform.
3. Run trend and competitor research on YouTube and Instagram, and turn what is working into repeatable formats for our channels.
4. Write the words: hooks, captions, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and short scripts that sound like us.
5. Manage day-to-day social media: scheduling, replies, DMs and comments, and coordinating with the founder on what ships.
6. Design thumbnails, covers, and simple motion graphics in Canva or Figma.
7. Track performance weekly (views, retention, saves, shares, CTR, follower growth) and report what to double down on and what to kill.
8. Produce launch and campaign content for the Classic ecosystem platforms, including creator outreach where needed.
9. Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, ElevenLabs, and similar) to move faster without dropping quality.

1. A portfolio or reel of short-form videos you edited yourself. Share a link (Google Drive, YouTube, Instagram, or Behance) with your application. We look at the reel before the resume.
2. Hands-on with at least one editing tool: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut, plus Canva or Figma for graphics.
3. Strong written English. You will write hooks, captions, and scripts every day.
4. An eye for what performs on YouTube and Instagram, and the discipline to publish consistently rather than perfectly.
5. Comfortable on camera, or willing to learn. You may direct or appear in shoots.
6. Comfortable using AI tools for real production work.
7. Open to all: students, recent graduates and career switchers, any degree. We care about your reel, not your marks.
8. Full-time, in-person availability in Hinjawadi, Pune. If you are not in Pune already, you must be able to relocate quickly.

Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,01,910 - 2,12,120 /year
