Job Description :CTO Software & Connected ProductsLocation : Delhi NCR (In-office, Full-time)Company : Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd.Reporting To : Managing DirectorServotech Renewable Power System Ltd. is building next-generation connected energy and mobility products across EV charging, solar, battery systems, and intelligent energy infrastructure.We are looking for a hands-on technology leader with deep platform-build experience to architect and scale Servotech's software and connected-products ecosystem. This role will lead the architecture, engineering, platform, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and connected-device technology roadmap for Servotechs future-ready digital platform.The role requires a strong combination of product engineering leadership, connected-device platform expertise, cloud architecture ownership, and team-building capability.Key Responsibilities :Platform & Product Leadership :- Build and operationalize Servotechs connected products platform across EV chargers, solar inverters, battery systems, and related products- Lead development of customer-facing mobile applications (iOS & Android) and internal operations dashboards- Define long-term software architecture, scalability, security, and reliability strategy- Drive integration of device telemetry, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data systemsEngineering Leadership :- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization across backend, cloud, mobile, IoT, DevOps, firmware integration, and data systems- Hire, mentor, and retain senior engineering talent- Establish engineering governance, architecture reviews, and technical documentation disciplineCloud, Security & Reliability :- Own AWS/Azure cloud architecture, uptime, security, and infrastructure optimization- Establish cybersecurity, access control, and operational resilience standards- Implement scalable DevOps and monitoring systems for connected productsCross-Functional Collaboration :- Partner with business, operations, product, hardware, and leadership teams- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions- Drive execution velocity while maintaining engineering quality and governanceGovernance & Compliance :- Ensure technology systems align with applicable cybersecurity and data governance requirements- Build robust processes around documentation, system continuity, and operational transparencyCandidate Profile :Mandatory Experience :- 15+ years of software engineering experience- 5+ years in connected products / IoT / EV / energy-tech ecosystems- Proven experience architecting and scaling connected-device platforms with large production deployments- Production deployments at scale (100,000+ connected devices preferred).- Experience leading engineering teams of 25+ members- Strong hands-on ownership of cloud-native architecture (AWS or Azure)- Experience shipping consumer mobile applications for connected hardware ecosystems- Strong written and executive communication skillsPreferred Background :- Candidates from the following sectors/organizations will be preferred :1.
