Specific skills required : - Good knowledge of ECC/S4 Materials Master, Customer & Vendor- Good Knowledge of ECC/S4 MDG Material and MDG BP- Full Lifecycle experience (i.e., Project experience)- MDG Data Import Framework knowledge- MDG Implementation experience- ABAP Knowledge & Experience in MDG- MDG Data Model Extension- BRF+ experience in MDGGood to have : - Good to have familiarity with other MDG domains i.e. Finance, Equipment (MDG-EAM, AIW)- A team player who is also able to work independently, self-managing, on problems & issues- Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world- Result-oriented & concluding work ethic to always deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget- Able to work in an agile and fast pace environment- Able to multi task and set the right priorities with the stakeholders- Be business-focused, customer & service minded- Be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently & effectively- Strong analytical and logical skills as well as a sense for developing user friendly solutions- Ability to drive efforts and initiate changes associated with change control- Documentation skills- A university degree or a diploma from a specialized schoolDescriptions of Responsibilities within the Role : Master Data Governance IT Team is responsible for the maintenance and management of FI, Materials, Business Partner Master Data and Equipment (go live in 2027). The candidates role will include Project assignments as a Senior Designer to drive the development of Gaps as a Gap lead, in addition to help in Service (SDT) tasks for processing Incidents, Service Requests and CI Gap Developments. Preferred someone who is well versed with ECC/S4 Material Master data, BP and overall MDG Knowledge.Scope includes : - Working closely with SMEs and Service architect to define and design the solutions- Discuss requirements with business stakeholders- Do the detail design and defining test scope scenarios- Providing solutions to projects and services to other teams in developing and maintaining our global solutions- Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables - Deliver on-time, cost, good quality- Understand and follow the Tetra Pak processes and methods- Report risks and issues in advance- Engagement and support of Project efforts- Drives CI development efforts- Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken- Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents- Assists others with identifying the impact of issues/incidents- Takes incident resolution actions to restore service to customers- Incident investigation and diagnosis (including resolution where possible)- The resolution and recovery of assigned Tasks/Incidents- Monitoring the status and progress towards resolution of assigned tasks- Keeping affected business partners informed about progressDemonstrate Flexibility, Team Work and Relationships : - Build and maintain effective working relationships with sites and all stakeholders (architect team, project team, SDT & supporting teams)- Interact effectively with others both individually and in group environments- Demonstrate good partnership with colleagues- Share ideas, Credibility, trust and professionalism (ref:hirist.tech)
