About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and Lightning technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.- Develop reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components.- Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative tools.- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.- Work with Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.- Support production deployments and post-release issues.Required Skills:- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.- Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills:- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.- Knowledge of OmniStudio is an added advantage.- Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Employment Type: Freelance/C2H (ref:hirist.tech)
