T24 Test Analyst - Banking Platform

Role Overview :We are seeking a seasoned T24 Test Analyst to join our high-performing banking technology team in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore. In this role, you will act as the bridge between complex core banking requirements and seamless system delivery, ensuring that our T24 implementations are robust, scalable, and error-free. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and product stakeholders to design comprehensive test strategies that validate critical financial workflows. By maintaining the integrity of our core banking platform, you will directly influence the reliability of financial services for our global clients, ensuring that every deployment meets the highest standards of operational excellence.Key Responsibilities :- Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios for T24 core banking modules to ensure full functional coverage and alignment with business requirements.- Develop and maintain sophisticated automation scripts to streamline regression testing, significantly reducing manual effort and accelerating release cycles.- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to identify, document, and resolve complex defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery.- Conduct thorough data migration and integration testing to guarantee seamless connectivity between T24 and peripheral banking systems.- Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed test reports and defect analysis to support informed decision-making during the release process.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in T24 core banking architecture, with a deep understanding of modules such as Deposits, Loans, and Payments.- Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks using industry-standard tools, ensuring high reusability and maintainability of test suites.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial business logic into precise, executable test cases.- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships across distributed teams.- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in T24 testing, with a track record of managing testing lifecycles in fast-paced environments.- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, demonstrating self-discipline and effective remote collaboration while being available for on-site requirements in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore as needed.
