About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for both B2B and B2C businesses.
This is a highly accountable role where the candidate will own the lead generation function and work closely with the sales and leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads through paid and organic channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO and content marketing strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Who We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving campaign ROI.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
