About the job
We are looking for a lead generation executive with 1+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and prospect research. You will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects and building a consistent sales pipeline for our SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and generate qualified B2B leads across international markets.2. Identify key decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, HR heads, talent acquisition managers, and recruiters.
3. Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
4. Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, and other lead-generation tools.
5. Verify contact details and ensure lead quality and accuracy.
6. Support cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
7. Track lead-generation activity and meet weekly/monthly targets.
8. Continuously improve lead sources and prospecting strategies.

5. Strong data management and attention to detail.
6. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
7. Good communication skills.
