Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with expertise in the MERN Stack, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and CI/CD architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, cloud-native solutions, leading technical teams, defining architecture standards, and driving engineering excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities : - Define and own end-to-end application architecture for enterprise-scale solutions.- Lead development initiatives using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.- Establish best practices for React performance optimization, SSR, state management, and frontend architecture.- Design scalable backend systems, asynchronous processing workflows, and API architectures (REST/GraphQL).- Mentor engineering teams on modern JavaScript, design patterns, and architecture principles.- Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.- Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).- Integrate DevSecOps practices including security scanning and compliance checks.- Implement blue-green and canary deployment strategies to ensure zero-downtime releases.- Drive application scalability, reliability, performance, and security initiatives.Required Skills : - 8 to 10 years of experience in software architecture and application development.Strong expertise in : - React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB- REST APIs and GraphQL- Microservices and scalable application architectureHands-on experience with : - Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts)- Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline design- Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)- Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns.- Knowledge of deployment strategies such as Blue-Green and Canary deployments.- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
