Senior Oracle Consultant - Fusion HCM US Payroll

The company specializes in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, cloud transformation, and enterprise application support, helping businesses optimize HR and payroll operations through innovative Oracle Cloud technologies.Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll Functional Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, configuration, testing, production support, and payroll compliance, along with strong functional consulting and stakeholder management experience.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud US Payroll implementations and enhancements.- Gather, analyze, and document payroll business requirements.- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud US Payroll components, including earnings, deductions, tax configurations, costing, and payroll elements.- Support payroll parallel runs, validation, reconciliation, and payroll processing.- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional solutions.- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions.- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.- Participate in release management, regression testing, and impact analysis.- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.- Collaborate with Core HR, Time and Labor, Benefits, and cross-functional teams.- Support project planning, effort estimation, risk identification, and status reporting.- Maintain configuration documentation and standard operating procedures.- Develop reusable templates and solution accelerators for Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll implementations.Required Skills : - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud US Payroll- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, US Payroll Configuration- Payroll Functional Consulting, Payroll Requirements Gathering- Oracle Payroll Configuration- Earnings Configuration- Deductions Configuration- Tax Configuration- Costing, Payroll Elements- Payroll Parallel Run- Payroll Validation- Payroll Reconciliation, Payroll Processing- Functional Testing- Production Support- Root Cause Analysis- Functional Design DocumentsPreferred Skills :- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Certification - Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations- Oracle OTL- Oracle Absence Management- Fast Formula.
