Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and handle their technical queries.2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, including Windows, software applications, email, and connectivity.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
4. Set up systems and user accounts for new employees.
5. Assist employees with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
6. Monitor basic network, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
7. Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
8. Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when required.
9. Document technical issues and their resolutions.
10. Assist with basic IT security and data backup activities.

9. 0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or a similar role.
