About the job

Key responsibilities:

1.Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the organization.
2. Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
3. Prepare and process invoices, payment requests, receipts, and supporting financial documentation.
4. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company bank transactions.
5. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
6. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.
7. Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial requirements and payment-related matters.
8. Track operational expenses and assist in budget monitoring.
9. Support the preparation of MIS reports and management reports.
10. Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
11. Assist senior management and the finance team with financial analysis and reporting requirements.
12. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders when required.
13. Support compliance-related documentation in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and business information.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software will be an advantage.

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and financial reporting.

4.Good communication and coordination skills.

5. Understanding of financial compliance and documentation processes will be beneficial.
