About the job
As a Sales Support Coordinator at Sensys Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our sales team. Your knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, MS-Office, and strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities: 1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing sales reports.2. Assisting with the creation and distribution of sales materials, such as presentations and product information.
3. Managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the sales process.
5. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and updating the CRM system with relevant information.
6. Assisting in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
