Currently, we are bidding for Road projects across India. The position of Senior Highway Engineer and Deputy Team Leader is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Responsible for providing comprehensive technical oversight of road and other civil works, including projects involving logistics and agri-logistics.
• Responsible for design review, quality control, efficient contract management, and daily supervision of PMC activities.
• Coordinates the PMC team with the Client PMU, Project Director, MIDFC, PWD, state government departments, the World Bank team, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure that contractors, CSC, and consultants deliver the expected quality and
  meet the project's development objectives.
• identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, ensuring project objectives of road safety are achieved, and integrating green, sustainable and climate-resilient practices into the project.
• He/She shall closely coordinate with the Team Leader and the Client PMU during the entire duration of the assignment.

Profile/Skills

• Should be Graduate in Civil Engineering with Postgraduate Degree in Highway Engineering/ Transportation Engineering or related field from a recognized institute.
• Should have minimum of 15 years of professional experience in road and highways projects in India.
• Should have prior knowledge of road construction in hilly or challenging terrains and implementation of climate-resilient and green technologies in roads and highways.
• Should have been a Resident Engineer / Deputy Team Leader / Team Leader / Project Director / Project Manager on at least two similar projects.
