About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other contractors to ensure seamless workflow on site.

Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

Verify measurements, monitor workmanship, and maintain high standards of finishing and quality control.

Plan daily site activities and allocate work efficiently to contractors and labour teams.
Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and verify all deliveries at site.

Maintain daily site reports, including work progress, manpower details, photographs, videos, and material updates.

Identify site challenges, raise technical queries, and coordinate with the Design Team and Project Manager for timely resolutions.

Ensure compliance with safety practices and maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined work environment.

Attend regular project review meetings and provide accurate updates on project status, delays, and upcoming requirements.

Other requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Basic understanding of interior fit-out and turnkey project execution.

Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel across project sites and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
