Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lotus Notes / Lotus Domino Administrator to manage
and support the Lotus Domino 10 environment, including server administration, user
management, Domino Directory, mailboxes, applications, security, backup/recovery, and
production support.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Lotus Domino 10
administration, troubleshooting, user lifecycle management, database administration,
ACL/security management, and basic LotusScript application support.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support Lotus Domino 10 / Lotus Notes environments.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, Notes IDs, certificates, and mailboxes.
• Maintain Domino Directory (NAB/Names.nsf), groups, and distribution lists.
• Manage mailbox administration, archival, cleanup, and quota activities.
• Monitor servers, mail routing, replication, databases, and performance.
• Manage ACLs, security, access controls, backup, and recovery.
• Support application/database cleanup, archival, and decommissioning.
• Perform minor enhancements using LotusScript, Forms, Views, and Agents.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in large-scale enterprise Lotus Domino environments.
• Experience with application/database migration or decommissioning.
• Knowledge of archival and retention processes.
• Experience supporting security audits and compliance activities.
• Good understanding of Domino replication and mail architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is
preferred.
