Receptionist
Location: On-site
Sardar Patel Ring Rd, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059
Monday to sunday 3 leaves offical in one month
Other are applicable emergency
Timing : 9 to 6.30
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Required Skills
Fluent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Handle clerical and administrative tasks.
Manage mails, couriers, and deliveries.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
Monitor visitor access and office security procedures.
Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong customer service orientation.
Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates from the Hindu community preferred.
Experience
0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
