About the role : Our client is a deep-tech startup building AI-powered warehouse automation solutions for e-commerce, retail, and logistics companies based out of Pune.Requirements : - 12+ years in software engineering/platform architecture.- 5+ years leading engineering teams.- Deep expertise in distributed systems, fault-tolerant production systems, and cloud platforms.- Strong experience with real-time systems and scalable fleet orchestration.- Experience with telemetry ingestion and real-time data processing.Candidate Profile : - Good-to-have experience in robotics.- Experience with simulation and digital twins.- Work closely with product and customer success teams.- Strong leadership and mentorship expected.- Data-driven approach to engineering performance.- Pune-based office role, candidates from Maharashtra are preferred mostly.
