About the job

• Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of project documentation

(drawings, specifications, submittals, transmittals).

• Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, titled, and stored as per company

and project requirements.

• Use EDMS (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC),BIM 360,SharePoint,

or internal systems) to control the flow of documents between stakeholders.

• Maintain up-to-date document registers and ensure easy retrieval and traceability.
• Support technical teams in document submission processes (DV/DR workflows).
• Ensure compliance with project-specific procedures and document control protocols.
• Assist in preparing reports on document status for management and clients.
• Archive final documents for project close-out and ensure version control is maintained.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely document submissions.
• Train team members on document control procedures when necessary.
