The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can turn insights into action and drive user growth, engagement and retention. Someone who combines creative thinking with analytical skills, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
What this role is about:
- You think in outcomes. You focus on driving growth, engagement, retention and conversions rather than just executing campaigns.
- You turn data into action. You analyse user behaviour, identify trends and use insights to improve marketing performance.
- You take ownership. From campaign planning and audience segmentation to execution, experimentation and optimization, you drive initiatives end-to-end.
- You embrace AI and automation. You explore smarter ways to work, automate processes and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user communications across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages and website banners.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.
- Build personalized user journeys using audience segmentation, behavioural triggers and marketing automation.
- Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, run A/B tests and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content and Tech teams to improve website experience and user journeys.
- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation workflows to streamline processes and scale execution.
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing or a related role.
- A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A balance of creative thinking, analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage or WebEngage.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel or similar platforms.
- An interest in AI tools, workflow automation and experimentation to drive business outcomes.
