Data Project Manager Technical skills: Primary Skill: SQL, Datawarehouse, Azure tech stack – Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Synapse Secondary Skills: Knowledge of any BI reporting tool like Power BI or Tableau Good to have skills: Candidates having these extra skills on their resumes are an added advantage while assessing the profile. Some of them are as follows: Expertise in Insurance domain EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Min 15 years work experience in successful delivery of complex data related projects end to end. Experience in Agile or DataOps delivery, quality practices, techniques, and tools at all layers of data engineering Tech-savvy and good understanding of recent technologies incl. Azure cloud API, inclusion of unstructured data, business intelligence tools. Familiarity with JIRA and other prioritization tools Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to work with intricate, multifaceted projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills Comfortable with changing and flexible requirements from business owner Customer oriented attitude High degree of self-motivation Experience managing third party relationships in the successful achievement of customer deliveries. Demonstrated track record of delivering high quality projects & programs up to medium to large sized accounts. Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of complex data related projects end to end. Ability to communicate clearly to all levels and present to senior leadership. Ability to lead, motivate & direct med-large sized engineering delivery teams. Ability to help define delivery management core processes and improvement opportunities.
