Qualifications Proven expertise in Life Coaching and Personal Development Strong Communication and Coaching skills, with an ability to build trust and foster growth Experience in Training clients to achieve personal and professional milestones Self-motivation and capability to work independently in a remote environment Relevant certifications in Life Coaching or related areas are highly beneficial Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to support them, navigating challenges, and fostering personal growth and resilience. Collaborate with clients to identify their goals, strengths, and areas for development, and co-create action plans to achieve desired outcomes. Provide empathetic listening, compassionate support, and evidence-based guidance to clients as they work through emotional and psychological obstacles.
