Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
- Handling escalated customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience.
- Utilizing Excel proficiency to analyze data and generate reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling back office work or similar roles.
- Excellent Excel skills to analyze data and track customer service metrics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or related area is a plus.
