DevSecOps/Lead DevOps Engineer

DevSecOps/ Lead DevOps Engineer : Hybrid-2 days WFOTime-1-10 PMKey Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.- Define, standardize, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management processes.- Lead implementation of multi-stage pipelines-as-code using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD platforms.- Collaborate with development, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams for CI/CD/CT enablement.- Implement containerized and serverless deployment solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Azure.- Develop and maintain configurable CI/CD pipelines with integrated quality gates and security controls.- Drive automation for application build, testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.- Implement Blue-Green, Canary, and Dark deployment strategies.- Integrate security scanning, compliance, governance, and secure SDLC practices into DevSecOps workflows.- Support troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.- Mentor DevOps engineers and development teams on DevSecOps best practices and automation frameworks.Required Skills : - Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD- Kubernetes, Docker, Container Orchestration- AWS and Azure Cloud Platforms- Terraform, CloudFormation- Ansible or Puppet- SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory- Maven, Selenium, JMeter, RestAssured, LambdaTest- Liquibase, AWS Secrets Manager- Groovy, YAML, Python, Bash, PowerShell- New Relic, CloudWatch, ELK/OpenSearch/Kibana, OpsGenie- CI/CD, Automated Testing, Secure SDLC- Agile/Scrum/Kanban MethodologiesMandatory Skills : - DevSecOps- Cloud- Linux- Automation- Scripting- Configuration Management- CI/CD- Security- Networking- Troubleshooting (ref:hirist.tech)
