About the Role

Our Client is looking for a high-energy and execution-driven Marketing Executive to support real-world marketing initiatives, field activations, consumer engagement, events, and digital content creation.

The role involves a combination of field marketing, brand execution, consumer engagement, and content support . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-ground and contributing directly to how consumers experience the brand.

You will work closely with the Brand, Growth, and Operations teams to execute campaigns and marketing initiatives across offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Marketing & Field Activations

• Plan, coordinate, and execute sampling drives, product tastings, and consumer trials.
  
• Manage pop-ups, flea markets, society activations, gym/café tie-ups, and retail in-store promotions.
  
• Actively engage with consumers, explain product benefits, and drive conversions.
  
• Collect structured consumer feedback, insights, and preferences.
  
• Assist in setting up and managing event stalls, branding materials, and product displays.
  
• Ensure smooth execution of on-ground marketing activities from start to finish.
  
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on footfall, sampling numbers, conversions, and consumer feedback.
  

2. Events & Brand Partnerships

• Support the planning and execution of brand collaborations, fitness events, corporate activations, and community events.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors, event partners, and internal teams.
  
• Handle pre-event logistics, permissions, and coordination.
  
• Ensure strong brand visibility and a consistent brand experience across events.
  
• Assist in post-event reporting, learnings, and performance analysis.
  

3. Social Media & Content Creation

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, activations, and daily brand activities.
  
• Create engaging short-form content such as:
  • Instagram Reels
    
  • Stories
    
  • Behind-the-scenes (BTS) content
    
• Assist in content ideation aligned with trending formats and brand tone.
  
• Support day-to-day social media activities and audience engagement.
  
• Work with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and InShot .
  
• Help maintain a consistent and active social media presence.
  

4. Influencer & Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in identifying and coordinating with micro and macro influencers.
  
• Support influencer onboarding, product dispatch, and campaign tracking.
  
• Maintain influencer collaboration trackers and performance reports.
  
• Assist in executing digital campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  

5. Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct basic competitor analysis within the healthy snacking and FMCG space .
  
• Gather consumer insights through activations and store visits.
  
• Track market trends, pricing, and product positioning.
  
• Maintain structured reports for marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
  
• Share actionable insights with the Growth and Brand teams.

• This is a Work From Office + On-Ground role based in Pune.
  
• Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork, travel within Pune, and event execution .
  
• Weekend availability is mandatory based on campaign schedules.
  
• The role involves active consumer interaction and physical execution.
  
• No relocation support will be provided.
