About Dr. Dangs Lab

Key Responsibilities -

Manage patient callout workflows, follow-up tracking, and complaint resolution

Gather structured clinical history from patients to support accurate diagnostic reporting

Handle report discordance cases across immunoassay, biochemistry, endocrinology, histopathology, hematology, microbiology, specialized serology, and general diagnostics

Liaise with laboratory departments to ensure reporting accuracy and TAT compliance

Prepare physician education materials and support B2B client communication

Draft domain-specific healthcare content for digital platforms, including articles, explainers, and test descriptions

Support SEO initiatives including keyword mapping, metadata optimization, and long-form healthcare content development

Assist with social media marketing through content calendars, platform-specific copy, and performance reviews

Support new diagnostic service development, including panel design, diagnostic research, gap analysis, and programme documentation

Requirements -

MBBS (mandatory)

02 years post-internship experience (exceptional freshers are welcome)

Interest/background in pathology, internal medicine, or clinical biochemistry preferred

Familiarity with laboratory diagnostics including immunoassay, endocrinology, haematology, microbiology, histopathology, and serology

Strong written English and professional documentation skills

Working knowledge of SEO/healthcare content and social media is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office & Excel

English and Hindi (mandatory)
