About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, build brand awareness, and engage our online community. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content marketing, social media management, Instagram marketing, YouTube marketing, branding, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for consistent posting.
- Manage daily social media posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Grow Instagram organically through Reels, Stories, Carousels, and trend-based content.
- Optimize YouTube videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand identity across digital channels.
- Foster an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media features.
- Collaborate with designers, recruiters, and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion metrics.
