Requirements:

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Oncology (MD/DM in Medical Oncology) from a recognized medical institution.
  
• Valid and active medical registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
  
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in medical oncology, preferably in a tertiary care or academic medical center.
  
• Proven experience in managing adult solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including lymphomas, leukemias, breast, lung, colorectal, and gastrointestinal cancers.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting imaging studies, tumor markers, and pathology reports.
  
• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and experience in trial enrollment and management is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a patient-first approach.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with high levels of accountability and emotional resilience.
  
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and contributing to institutional and national oncology standards.
