Project Purchase Executive - Civil / Electrical

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the project team to determine procurement needs for civil/electrical projects.
- Source, select, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quality materials at the most competitive prices.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
- Monitor inventory and track project expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance with project specifications and regulations related to purchasing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Civil / EEE Specialization.
- 0-2 years of experience in Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPCI) or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
