Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Key responsibilities also include developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and supporting organizational development. This role requires strategic thinking as well as hands-on expertise to partner with leadership, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
