We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Work from Home Recruiter Leader in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their careers in recruitment and human resources.
Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for various positions.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Utilizing job boards and social media for talent acquisition.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
