Associate Manager - Medical Services

Role Overview This will support the management of clinical operations, quality, and patient care delivery within the hospital. This role acts as a bridge between clinical teams and hospital administration , ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and high standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Work closely with consultants and clinical teams to ensure quality patient care and adherence to protocols . Monitor clinical KPIs, patient safety indicators, and service quality standards . Assist in implementation of NABH and other regulatory guidelines . Handle and support resolution of clinical escalations and patient concerns . Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient patient flow and reduced delays . Support clinical audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives . Participate in hospital committees and review meetings . Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of clinical processes and hospital operations Good communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Patient-centric mindset Ability to handle pressure and multiple stakeholders Preferred Profile MBBS with MBA/MHA (Healthcare Management preferred) 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations / clinical administration Freshers with a strong academic background and internship exposure can also be considered
