Only freelance/C2H requiredJob Title : Salesforce Technical LeadExperience : 7-10 YearsEmployment Type : Full-timeLocation : RemoteAbout the Role :We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead Salesforce development projects, drive technical architecture, and guide the development team in delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead Salesforce development and implementation projects from design through deployment.- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.- Design technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.- Work with Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and automation.- Lead technical discussions with clients, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.- Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions.- Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.- Manage Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD tools, or other deployment methodologies.- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and performance best practices.- Participate in estimation, technical planning, code reviews, and release management.Required Skills :- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.- Experience leading Salesforce development teams.- Good knowledge of deployment tools, Git, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills :- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect is an advantage.- Experience with OmniStudio, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, FSC, FSL, or other Salesforce clouds is an advantage.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
