Position: Robotics Engineer
We are seeking highly motivated and technically skilled Robotics Engineers to support robotic automation systems in a high-volume automotive manufacturing company based at Hosur, Tamilnadu.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with industrial robots, welding automation systems, and machine maintenance activities. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, preventive maintenance expertise, and the ability to ensure uninterrupted robotic operations on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Robot Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial robots.
- Diagnose and resolve robotic system faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Monitor robot performance and recommend process improvements.
- Welding Automation Support
- Maintain robotic welding cells and associated automation equipment.
- Support production teams in achieving operational efficiency and quality targets.
- Ensure welding robots are operating within defined parameters.
- Programming & Configuration
- Perform robot teaching, touch-ups, and minor programming modifications.
- Support commissioning and setup of robotic systems.
- Assist in parameter optimization for improved productivity.
- Equipment Reliability
- Conduct routine inspections and health checks on robotic systems.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.

Compensation
- Salary (Gross): ₹55,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Compensation will be based on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.

Shift Details
The role involves working in rotational shifts:
- Shift A: 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM
- Shift B: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Shift C: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM
