DISPATCH HEAD - Rubber Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch operations as per customer schedules and delivery commitments.
Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods to customers.
Ensure timely preparation of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Sales, and Logistics teams.
Ensure proper packing, labelling, and safe handling of rubber and rubber-metal components.
Arrange transportation and monitor vehicle placement and delivery status.
Maintain dispatch records, stock reconciliation, and customer-wise dispatch reports.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve dispatch-related customer complaints.
Ensure proper material identification, traceability, and adherence to FIFO wherever applicable.
Supervise dispatch staff and maintain workplace discipline and 5S.
Required Skills
Knowledge of dispatch documentation, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience in ERP/SAP or other inventory systems preferred.
Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to handle urgent customer requirements and meet delivery schedules.

On-time delivery performance.
Accuracy of dispatch documentation.
Zero wrong-material dispatches.
Effective transportation cost control.
Proper inventory reconciliation and customer satisfaction.
