About the Company:

This remote internship gives students and freshers an opportunity to contribute to education-focused research while building hands-on experience with spreadsheets, validation, and database-ready information.

Responsibilities:

• Research and collect college and institutional information from official websites and other dependable online sources.
• Enter, organize, format, and maintain records in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Verify and cross-check information, identify missing or outdated records, and correct inaccuracies.
• Perform basic data cleaning and validation while following defined fields, formats, and submission guidelines.
• Prepare accurate, consistent datasets for processing and database upload by the internal team.
• Manage research tasks independently, maintain attention to detail across large data volumes, and coordinate with the team when clarification is needed.

Requirements:

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Strong web research ability, attention to detail, written communication, and basic computer proficiency.
• Interest in data analytics, data collection, and data management, with the ability to complete repetitive research work responsibly.
• Basic SQL, DBMS, or MongoDB knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
• Comfort working remotely, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high data quality is expected.
