About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and execute the overall commercial strategy and execution plan2. Set revenue goals, performance targets, and weekly priorities for the team
3. Manage and guide revenue, growth, partnerships, revenue operations, and client success teams
4. Review sales pipelines, lead generation progress, and client acquisition performance
5. Identify new revenue opportunities and growth channels
6. Conduct weekly performance reviews with team leads and associates
7. Improve systems, processes, and reporting across the Commercial Office
8. Coordinate with founders/management for business planning and strategic decisions
9. Ensure alignment with revenue targets, brand positioning, and company objectives
